I just wanted to say a huge, massive thank you to everyone involved in organising the trip to Spain this year. As well as being a phenomenal opportunity to learn more about Penedes it was tremendous fun (after a couple of weeks’ respite I think my liver has just about recovered!)

From the fabulous reception we received at the different vineyards it is clear just how much Nick was loved and respected and I am truly grateful to have been included. I also would like to say thank you to the whole group who made it such a great visit and I look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!

Dear All,

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you again for the lovely trip you arranged for us. It was truly a wonderful experience for me and I dare say to all of us. It was also special way to celebrate this event with Nick's friend and a bunch of wonderful people who are also passionate about wine and gastronomy like me. I am truly blessed to get to know you all and more about Nick's legacy and look forward to many more fun times in the future.

I also would like to say huge thanks to Nick. I am touched and honoured to know more about you! Your legacy will never be forgotten, you will live on in so many ways in the people's heart. You inspired all of us. Our body is just a make up of our souls, can be washed away but our souls remain untouched forever! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
